PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
They are very flexible, it is appliance based what makes it easy to deploy. They cover all our backup needs with Office 365, Vmware and Physical backups
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
they bring out new releases every once and a while, sometimes new features contain bugs, they are very quick in resolving them so that has not been an issue for us.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Expanding of Office 365 support with onedrive and teams. This is on the roadmap so we just need to wait for it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used several different tools for doing backups, nakivo reduced this to 1 tool with one interface.
