What are the best aspects of this product?
Nakivo Back-up & Replication is a great product. It is easy to use and it worth the money I paid for it. Next to tha is the customer service wich is superb. They react as soon as possible and really try to help you.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only cons, is that when you have app awarnes mode on, that the server which is getting backed up loses it's connection to the network.

We at first made back-ups on file-level and now we can also make it on VM-level
