What are the best aspects of this product?
I find that the installation and configuration of Nakivo is super easy to do.
Creating a backup job is super easy with lots of options to pick from.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
From the 1st day that we are using Nakivo we didn't find any issue with it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I think that there is already a lot of features.
Improving the current features would be a better option.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Data recovery, from time to time users delete data by mistake. Recovering that data in a few minutes is a plus.
Plus some times, updates to the servers gets us in trouble. Recovering that same servers is super easy with Nakivo.
