What are the best aspects of this product?
Works for years without any problem. Support is always reachable. Transporters for many systems available, great for our structure where the backup storage is directly connected to a single server and not in the same network as our virtualization machines are.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Make it easier to restore single files from Linux machines.
