What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to get up and running.
Great support for hypervisors.
Can be installed on various NAS boxes which makes off site backup easy.
Great pricing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Support for backing up physical machines - I'm told it's in the works though so really looking forward to it
