What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to configure, fast backup and restore. You can restore a whole Virtual machine or a single file with the same interface. Fast support, you receive a recontact within 1 hour maximum, all techical people are competent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the moment, only the reclaim disk feature require a lot of time and in this period backup cannot be executed
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Faster reclaim disk space or no reclaim disk space required.

The full backup of all VM and File system in a very short time
