What are the best aspects of this product?

A reliably VM backup solution with a fair price and great features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The essential enterprise tenant limitation: as a MSP, I do not understand why the 6 licenses limitation on the essential enterprise model at the provider account.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A better license policy, although I become aware that now Nakivo sells licenses by subscription per VM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We solve the big problem of VM backup system using NAS on SMB clients.
