What are the best aspects of this product?
Nakivo is a great all in one backup product. My customers have been using NAKIVO appliance and found setup and configuration super fast. Support is just good, no needs for tickets etc. The product never fails.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Definitely support. Sometimes they take too long to respond. Not good when your backups are in crisis.
