What are the best aspects of this product?
Excellent product and outstanding customer support. I've been using it for two years across four different locations, and the few issues I've encountered were promptly resolved by the highly responsive technical support team. Performance is good, and the features are comprehensive for my needs. While it may be considered somewhat basic compared to some competitors, I have no complaints about its functionality.
