What are the best aspects of this product?
Being able to schedule backup jobs for specific virtual machines with email reporting is very useful. It makes backups pretty effortless to me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing comes to mind here. I've had a pleasant experience overall using this software and working with the vendor.
