What are the best aspects of this product?

The backups run fast and easy. It's near trivial to add disk space to repositories. For our ISO certification we needed to have encrypted backups [I know, production is allowed to be unencrypted, but backups have to be encrypted because the auditors don't understand the concept of no-portable-media-backups].

But it just works, logging is great, and it's really cool to see how it checks that a backup actually works.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We'd like better integration with our Exchange server. We have now setup everything in a way that's completely agnostic to the software running on the servers, but we'd like to see that improved.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Exchange integration.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We need backups, but they need to be certifiably correct, and we'd like to be able to quickly and easily restore things.

Veeam was horrible, and manual scripts are horrible as well.
