What are the best aspects of this product?

Simple to use. We did not even need to read the manual. It just works instead of "works somehow".

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Easy to deploy and configure. We use VMWare for the most of our servers and had some trouble with other backup solutions that cost a fortune, were complicated or horribly expensive.
