What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use and support. One of the support guys spent a long time on the phone with me when we reconfigured our system. I didn't think that level of support existed.

Documentation on website
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Ability to use company logo on the Essentials Pro license. No idea why this functionality would be locked behind a paywall.
