Simple to install and use.
Fast to run backups and restores.
Doesn't require a Windows Server license.
Runs directly on certain storage arrrays.

Logging could be a bit clearer when VM's fail to backup.

Make LDAP/AD/RADIUS authentication an option in the essentials license tier.
