What are the best aspects of this product?
I've used since the early days of revision 5, we are now up to 8.10 and I can't really say enough good things about the product / support. The software has never left me hanging especially when you need to restore from backups. The support has been spot on, yes we all have questions and or concerns that we cause. I am have never been down to miss the next backup!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of any, as the years have progressed and has updated their client for Backup & Replication, it's only gotten better, never has a upgrade left me down.

Calendar to be accurate and show all events
