What are the best aspects of this product?
Over the years I have seen a few backup solutions. I like Nakivo the best. Easy to install, intuitive to use. Many of my customers can restore files themselves without much training. It just works. And if it doesn't, which is rare, the support is top notch.

For my use case, theres nothing to complain about
