The product is inexpensive, easy to implement, and simple to use.

The UI of the product could be improved.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

For the Multi Tenant Director, it would be valuable for administrators to have the capability to view all currently running jobs for all tenants via the main dashboard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a cheap and easy solution to backup and restore ESXi virtual machines for customer systems. Nakivo accomplished this need perfectly.
