What are the best aspects of this product?

Intuitive UI, easy to deploy and manage. Very competitive Pricing compared to equivalent solutions from VEEAM and Druva. Reliable Backups across platforms. Robust security (immutability enabled/installed within onboard repository but can also be deployed to other repositories. Very easy integration with Hardware Deduplication platforms (Dell PowerProtect DD & HPE StoreOnce). Can be deployed to NAS system , VMware Virtual Appliance, Windows and Linux. It has a broad interoperability support on Windows and linux distributions. I also love that same console can be used for Infrastructure Backup and Microsoft 365 Backup.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't find something to state here because everything run smoothly and without errors or misconfigurations. Of course new features are needed to be fully comparable to other equivalent solutions.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

MAC OS Support. Some enhancements on monitoring and addition of other hypervisors like Hyper-V and HPE VM Essentials (Ubuntu Kernel). Regarding Microsoft 365 backup i recommend to Nakivo provide storage capacity as well for each user (in License bundle) so it can be directly comparable with other Backup Vendors like VEEAM VDC and DRUVA SaaS (MS365 Backup). It would be nice at least for me to see smaller intervals which makes the monitoring more realistic. Adding measurements about Networking measurement (MB/s sent MB/s received) would be also a nice add-on to the monitoring section of Nakivo Backup & Replication.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Actually we were looking for a more cost effective solution than the current one we use.
