What are the best aspects of this product?

It is affordable, reliable, interface simple, easy to use. Their support is very timely

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I set up a copy backup job pointed to Wasabi, there was an alarm. Now it disappears. Not sure what caused that.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I hope they can provide more cloud backup repositories.
