What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Nakivo Backup for for the past 7 years, I'm very pleased with the product. Having it in my infrastructure gives me peace of mind. Vey easy to use and reliable product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Hot Add mode fails some times
