What are the best aspects of this product?
It runs on multiple platforms (we prefer NAS devices, especially Synology devices), the installations is done within minutes and the job configuration is so easy. The product just does its job without the need for complex configurations. Reporting possibilities are quite easy and fast configured as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing bad occured until today

If the product keeps as stable and reliant as it is, i am fully satisfied

We use the NAKIVO solution for granular and full desaster recovery scenaries at customer ESXI solutions. The universal file recovery also replaces all additional existing backup software products.
