What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to setup and use with multiple redundancies and the data is kept safe and secure
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
some individual backups have corrupted but a well designed system has multiple redundants so this is not a problem.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Assign priority to jobs to allow higher priority jobs to use resources should a timing conflict occur.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It provides a backup at the VM level of our systems and allows multiple backups of the data to be setup and updated.
