PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The things i really like about nakivo is the ease of deployment, literally in Minutes and the reliability of VM backups. Also the ability to recover even files from backups give us the granularity we need. In addition in the latest version nakivo introduced indexing in recovery which makes it even easier to browse all files in your backup. Moreover, nakivo has a lot of deployment option and you can deploy it as a NAS appliance,



VM, physical machine. Also in a single pane of glass you have all the information you need which is very good for users that are not administrators. Finally the support guys are always fast to reply to every question i have

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Microsoft365 backup could be cloud only instead of having to save the backup only on premises. That creates a huge traffic on our internet line. Also monitoring doesnt seem to make the cut as it is lackluster. Finally backup verification could be much fast and the same goes for the recovery process.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A nice feature would be a cloud only solution, not only for microsoft365 but for the whole product. Also we are a bank and we have specific dates that we need full backups at the EOD. It would be nice if i had a calendar like feature to choose specific dates for full backups that are non destroyable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We solved the need for daily backup of the critical business VMs. In addition with the site reliability feature nakivo also ticks the compliance needs for business continuity and disaster recovery.
