What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect of this product is the user friendly interface and the integration options. We use it for a windows 2019 server and 10 critical VMs. We use replication to disaster recovery every day and 3-2-1-1 backup strategy with success.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When we enable the ransomware protection migration of backups to new server is problematic and also sometimes corrupted.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Nakivo could have a better monitoring system and an integration pwith pagerduty so that we can have all the alerts into 1 place
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When we lost a server Nakivo saved the day by instantly starting the VMs in disaster recovery and keeping the production going
