What are the best aspects of this product?

Nakivo is an excellent lightweight Product. Support is quick and the software is very versatile and reliable. It runs as a Virtual appliance which is very useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None Really

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Support for 365 Backup with no minumum Quantity (currently 10)

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

HDD failure - We recovered a system to an alternate host.
