What are the best aspects of this product?
Nakivo is easy to deploy and configure. Connection with Hyper-V server is automated. Also Nakivo has very good backup compression that saves space on our Qnap.
Contact with customer support is excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing was problematic but i recommend to have few hours of training before deployment
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Nakivo is a complete product - there is always room for improvement but implemented functions are enough.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We solved our problem with backup - now we have reliable backup system with good job reports and fast recovery when needed
