What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to use, seems to work speedily, and restoring backups has always been simple. Have tested both file level backup and full VM restore and been happy with the results of each.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I see higher level editions of the product have automatic update, so apparently my biggest complaint is due to the fact that I have an entry-level license. Other than that I've really liked it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Reliable, consistent backups that can be recovered quickly and don't leave me questioning if I actually have a good backup of my data.
