What are the best aspects of this product?
Price point of NAKVIO is excellent and it's backup/replication is likewise excellent. The user GUI is logical and intuitive and the NAKVIO support is excellent. Their techs are responsive and highly efficient. And the hardwoard load is very light so won't bog down your production environment when conducting a backup during business hours. Perfect
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Had a few issues setting up NAKIVO as it's very different to VEEAM. Such as getting my head around the "Transporter" concept and hooking the LINUX based NAS up as the primary repository. But the tech support got me up within 10 minutes of the support call.
PS I'm terrible with LINUX administration. Bare bones basic knowledge only.
