What are the best aspects of this product?

Run within Synology, Compatible with VMware vSphere 5.1 - 7.0U1, Good Documentation, Forever Incremental, Deduplication, Transporter Appliance, Hot Add, Efficient Storage, Fast Backup, Summarized Daily Report, Protection Coverage Report, Capability to reuse existing backup as target, Responsive Support, and Good Product Pricing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Lack of user community, GUI requires large screen, no reporting in table format, only shows max 7 bar charts

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Continuous Replication without the need to snapshot the Virtual Machines first, to achieve very short RPO (in seconds).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Storage issues, such as the requirement to have very large storage for storing backups and slow performance because it took some time for Backup server to connect to storage using SMB shares, occasional SMB share disconnections from the server (probably due to high network traffic), periodic full backups were required, slow recovery time, and no summary reports (I got email everytime a backup job was finished so many emails from Backup server were filling my mailbox).
