What are the best aspects of this product?
Honestly Nakivo is doing all the neccessary backup tasks which is required in our company. Look at the price. Ease of use - I am not an admin, not experienced in IT, and I am able to make all the backup.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Maybe if we could get a MSP program, but it isn't neccessary.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I am waiting for Endpoint backup!!!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is called "Screenshot Verification", now I don't have to check all the VMs if they were backuped properly, I just receive a pack of Screenshots from launched (from backup) Virtual Machines.
