What are the best aspects of this product?

Simple to install, manage and configure. Customer Support is quick to respond and the price is unbeatable in this market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The way it integrates with Microsoft Exchange could use some upgrading as I did have issues with it.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better integration with MS Exchange.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A simple to deploy, and use backup system that can backup VM's, data and emails.

Why did you decide to change it?

No longer free through Vsphere and there were many bugs
