What are the best aspects of this product?
First, its simplicity, It is amazing how simple is the entire process of setting Nakivo up and running. Coming from another "Enterprise" backup product, a lot more expensive, I was impressed by the simple, yet effective, architecture of Nakivo, at a fraction of the cost. Second I love the screenshot verification: a screenshot say more than a thousand lines of log: if you see a login screeshot it means that Nakivo has succesfully backed up and restored your server.
Last but not least, the Nakivo support is outstanding. You can ask for support directly from within the Nakivo interface and the response time is normally measured in hours, not days!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything works as expected.

None I can actually Imagine.

We solved the complete backup and disaster recovery plan for our Vmware ESX infrastructure.
