What are the best aspects of this product?
On par backup solutions against other "traditional" backup providers. At a tenth of the cost. Nakivo has decided to stick with what they good at, backups. Very easy to use and implement.
We have replaced all our other backup solutions with Nakivo
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As the are fairly new to the environment, some features are not available. But, most, if not all feature requests were done, although it does take some time to dev new features.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A dashboard which would incorporate all the transporters into a single view, displaying health
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Cost was the biggest drive. Since then easy of use (API) has become a major factor as well
