What are the best aspects of this product?
The web based user interface is clean and intuitive, making initial configuration a breeze. Backups of Vmware virtual machines are fast and reliable. Copies of backups to a remote site are faster than other vendors' products.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Reports are limited. While reports for specific jobs may be run, it is not possible to compile cummulative, multi-job reports.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Multi-job, cummulative reports. Ability to backup physical machines.

Reliable backups and backup copies of virtual machines.
