What are the best aspects of this product?
We use Nakivo to back up our VPS servers and NAS devices. The UI and features are quite satisfactory with several expansion possibilities. We liked the new MSP feature where you can give specific access to users for specific machines.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are features that seems to be mandatory is this king of products, like the ability to exclude directories from a backup job and it would be nice to be implemented.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
There are features that we would like to be integrated such as the ability to exclude directories, the creation of an image for bare metal restore as well as the creation of Plesk integration to use Nakivo as a Plesk backup tool.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The security of our data and our customers data and the ability to recover them when something happens.
