What are the best aspects of this product?
The ease of use and web interface that works out of the box is a fantastic feature
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the backup configuration options are not intuitive and the transporter component has to be installed on ESXi for optimal perforamance. This is no explained very well on any of the documentation. The web support / knowledge base could be more comprehensive
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Compatability with Backblaze and other cloud providersw
