What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to deploy with multiple deployment options. Straightforward web interface, quite intuitive. Tested it on VMware and Hyper-V, and works really nice. Flash VM boot can be very useful in certain situations when you need to quickly start a VM from backup without affecting the backup file.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Didn't experience any issues so far.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Tape management feature.
