What are the best aspects of this product?
easy to use, affordable, user interface is very friendly.
support team is fast and super knowledgeable not only on own product, but also 3rd party software which related to Nakivo.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
nothing i can think of. it works all very well.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
bare metal recovery. will be nice to have restore option to bare metal physical machine

Budgeting. the most affordable backup software, and fit nicely with our small tight budget.
