Outstanding Backup Solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product cover nearly all types of backups and platforms in one solution, you don't need buy extra for i.e. MS SQO and Exhange etc. which is normal in most other alterntives. You can backup Physical machines and virtual machines and convert physical to virtual when recover. For us as a small SMP it has everything we need and more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Does not have much to complain about, it's more like that it take some time and efforts to learn and understand all features.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The only platform I miss is Citrix and backup of XEN server.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Their Multitenant portal manage all activities from Create to Restore all in one place for all customers.
