Perfectly fits our needs for ESXI backup

What are the best aspects of this product?

easy of use, has been installed onto a Synology NAS and linked to ESXI in 5 minutes, support (Hi Sergiy!) really kind and pro

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only aspect which has been problematic was the repository configuration after a deletion onto the NAS, must have restart the configuration from beginning but it's only a limited issue due to test purpose.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Backup of the ESXI system to restore an entire host at one time

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We didn't have any VMware backup and searched for a solution mixing NAS support, VMware integration and HyperV future support if needed, Nakivo has been recommanded on some forums and 10 minutes later it was dowloaded and ready to use.
