What are the best aspects of this product?

Very easy to set up and use. Very robust in regards to creating multiple backup locations and schedules. The ability to kick off VMs directly from the backup location and then merge back changes in case of downtime is genius.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None that we could see, We have been using Nakivo for 3 years.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

After working with the latest release, can't think of anything it is missing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Peace of mind. Nakivo has come through multiple times during past years where we recovered our information effortlessly.
