Error messages could be more detailed and helpful, without the need to send logs to support
We used to experience strange unresponsiveness of web UI, but it seem that updates fixed it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In our SMB we started using NAKIVO as our main backup solution for backing up mainly Hyper-V VMs.
