What are the best aspects of this product?
low licensing costs (also with permanent licenses), extremely simple to use and configure. It does not need a dedicated backup server, but can be directly installed on most NAS.
Integrated support chat in administration panel.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
really no problem: the configuration and use are very simple
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Maybe a multilanguage support, but is a minor feature.

has solved the problem of finding an efficient backup solution in small virtualization environment, without the need to purchase dedicated hardware
