Really good software, easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use, even for a non-IT person such as me. It does exactly what it says it does, and gives you a really good peace of mind that your system is being backed up at regular intervals. The software sends status updates when anything needs to be looked at, or updated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't know of any that needs improving, though we are a small business so I don't know what it would be like if you had massive amounts of data or huge servers to back up?

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It may be already an option, but to back up off-site as well would be great. At the moment I don't have any off-site backup, or a device that we use that we can remove from site at the end of the day. I know this is something I should be doing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We never had a backup system previously, we were running a NAS drive as a server and hoping it didn't fail. Now we have a Hyper-V server running two VM's and using the NAS drive as the backup device, as it was originally purchased for this. We just need to look at off-site cover now.
