User Level Easy to use, as an IT Consultant now is it possible to me to make a phone call to my customer in order to explain him how to make a granular recovery or even a full vm restore

good planning and correct installation generate a good environment, so at the moment i can't find any problematic aspect.

at the moment all features/features are optimal for my business model
