What are the best aspects of this product?
Reliability: almost every day, if we do not change anything on our systems, backups are ok. For the first time after more than 20 years as an IT professionnal, I found a real reliable backup solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, error messages are not self-sufficient to understand what's happening.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As I am using Nakivo on Synology NAS, it would be great to have a backup app on Synology to backup my data stored on the Synology...

Manage backup with a reliable, pro and cost-effective solution. Especially for an SME like us.
