What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use, easy to setup and configure. Upgrades are easy, sometimes too easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To stop the Nakivo upgrade process when your version of vmware is not supported.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

So far I haven't run into anything I haven't liked or needed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reliable backup of our virtual machines.
