What are the best aspects of this product?
- Institutive and easy to use.
- Flexible backup and restore options
- Cloud as well as local backup possible
- Reasonable cost
-Excellent support
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
- There can be some problems when moving to a newer version, have always been sorted by support or in the next version.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I honestly cannot think of anything at the moment. For a small company such as ours it is perfect.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Offsite backups. Previously we used tape or external hard drives which were difficult to manage and not very secure. Now we use the cloud backup to the Amazon EC2 (other cloud options are also available). There is a cost from Amazon for this, but it is definitely worth it.

In house backup scripts in Linux.
Why did you decide to change it?
We were only backing up various files and not full VMs. We felt that so much work goes into setting up a server, not just the data on it but the custom configuration that we needed to do full VM backups to allow for the least downtime in case of disaster.

Yes, extremely. So far it has met all our needs and never let us down.
