What are the best aspects of this product?

Free for very small companies, it is how I started.

Works well with free ESXi producing differential backups with proprietary method

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Annoying email every hour when repository is not accessible


Cannot set email warning per repository (for example I have a user designated to take weekly backups using a transporter on his computer. That transporter and the USB repository is offline 6 days / week)


Restricted job editing. For example suppose you have a problematic repository and a copy of it. The most simple fix is to delete and recreate the repository, but you cannot do it before deleting any job using it. It happen to me at least 5 times.


Repositories became corrupted easy in case of backup interrupts.

Simple, reliable backups with de-duplication at affordable cost.


I support 10 small companies and half of them have only 2-4 virtual guests. The free version helped me to chose this program for all companies, buying licenses where necessary.
