What are the best aspects of this product?

Simple to set up, yet still flexible enough. Can backup to ZFS volumes for enhanced reliability.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you end up with multiple copies of a VM with a same name it can be hard to know which is which.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Ability to view logs from UI.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reliable backup of virtual machies with ability to copy backups to DR site for archival.

Why did you decide to change it?

It was bulky and not very reliable. It did not support the latest version of vSphere.
